In this role, you will:
Execute tests, track and monitor defects/Stories to closure and produce test metrics and test reports
Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality
Implement creative and innovative ways of testing to meet project goals without compromising quality
Participates in refining testing practices and methodologies. Prepare and Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy and Test Plan
Coordinate, Prepare Test Bed, Test Data for execution. Confirm connectivity and readiness of test team. Assist Scrum Leads in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day
Reverse engineer requirements and develop models as needed to support test automation
Ensure reusability and capture of Metrics Prepare project level required metrics and reports
Specializes in Automation testing using Cucumber/BDD framework using any automation tool. Support SIT, UAT and PVT. Ensure constructive working relationships within team and with other functional group.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
3+ year minimum of overall experience in automation testing projects
Knowledge of any other automation tool preferably Selenium. Good understanding of TDD and BDD concepts.
Strong exposure to testing terminologies and processes.
Understanding of test management tools, JIRA, ALM and Confluence
Prior experience with Payments & Cash Management products specifically Real Time Payments.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
A strong commitment to quality and efficiency
Excellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive results through partner organizations.
The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:
Prior experience with products specifically Payments will be an advantage
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
Prior experience with Agile and User Story writing.
