Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Proven experience in test automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Proven Experience in API testing tools (eg., Postman)
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using issue-tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
Perform regression testing to validate software quality and ensure no regression issues arise during development.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices and techniques.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in automation testing.
Mobile app Automation testing would be a plus.
