The Automation test engineer will be involved in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web-based applications as well as data issues of ETL in a regulated environment, including automated tests at the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) level.
Work will also include writing Oracle SQLs to test the ETL.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will also include developing, maintaining, and execution of manual test scripts, as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of BE, B.Tech or MCA preferably from a premium institute
Having good knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
Test Automation experience with QTP/UFT or any open source tool
4-8 years of automation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Understanding of SDLC, software development
Good VB scripting skills
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
Experienced with MS Excel, MS Word
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with drug safety systems, particularly Argus Safety, is a plus
Experience with Agile projects is a plus
Experience with load and performance testing
Good knowledge of SQL
