Automation test engineer for Healthcare Diagnostic Instruments.
Performs software test design, test implementation and verification activities.
Perform test automation
Reviews specifications to determine software engineering requirements and design solutions meets design input.
Estimates for software modules under development.
Follow the internal software quality process during design and implementation phase
Provides support with the development software verification activities through the design and implementation of software module, class and method level tests.
Successful candidates primary focus is on the creation of coded, white-box unit level tests to increase statement and branch coverage in existing software modules.
Coded tests are peer reviewed, revised as necessary and added to existing continuous integration pipeline(s).
Technical Requirements:
Test automation experience - 5 years
Experience in Python (min 2 years)
Basic knowledge on shell scripts and adb commands
Should be good in writing SQL queries
Experience in working with mobile/android automation test tools (min 1 yr)
Good understanding of automation test framework
Good understanding on Mobile Testing
Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts.
Experience with unit testing strategy, tactics and frameworks such as JUnit, CppUnit, or NUnit (Nice to have)
Experience in Medical device testing (nice to have)
Experience of working in continuous integration (CI) environment
Experience of working with GIT
