We are looking for a seasoned automation engineer to
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess high quality software solutions for our new state of the art Data Ingestion, Aggregation & Calculation platform.
• Design, develop and maintain automated testing for front end and back end solutions.
• Identify the areas of regression and contribute towards automation of newly added features and any development tools to increase QA efficiency.
• demonstrate superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs
Your expertise
• have a degree level education; preferably Computer Science (Bachelor or Master’s degree)
• have 8+ years in QA with strong knowledge on SDLC, working on all components of test lifecycle
• experience in test framework design for applications design in ReactJS (must have)
• Experience developing automation in at least one of the scripting languages – Java, Python (must have)
• Experience in test automation using BDD/Cucumber/TestNG combined with strong hands-on experience with Java with Selenium (must have)
• Experience with API Automation testing including unit test automation frameworks (must have)
• experience of working in MS Azure (added advantage)
• Any QA certification to highlight specific Automation skillset (added advantage)
• demonstrate strong communication skills, both to senior management and teams
• background in IB or Finance domain with good understanding of finance principles (added advantage)
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• collaborative approach towards problem solving, working closely with other colleagues in the global team and sensitive towards diversity
