• Good experience in test automation frameworks, Azure DevOps, Jenkins CI/CD, pipelines, and cloud-based execution platforms.
• Should have strong knowledge and experience in Java, selenium, cucumber, Test NG, Maven
• Manage Automation testing resources (Recruit, train, allocate and monitor)
• Develop plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and productivity levels within the projects
• Communicating with employees to gain feedback about the implementation of new automation technologies
• Creating detailed plans for automating processes within projects,
• Analyze test results and test metrics.
• Prepare / review / present test reports.
• Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
• Experience in creating Automation test plans and strategies
• Conducting feasibility studies on automation technologies to improvise wherever needed
• Conducting research on new technology to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity in a business
• Developing and defining training needs for employees who will be working in automation team
• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Manage Delivery by Metrics
Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities
