7 to 10 years experience into Automation Testing.
Experienced in Java Selenium, C#
Experienced in TDD and BDD frameworks.
Experienced in Mobile Testing.
Experience with API Testing is required.
Exposure to functional testing, Regression testing Strong testing and test Design skills like Test Case Identification, defect Identification with focus on Test Coverage.
Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing
Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
Basic Knowledge of JIRA / SVN / GIT.
Experience in leading and facilitating design discussion of Test Automation frameworks and tools Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
Proven track record in identifying and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks.
Strong people management skills with a proven track record in hiring, developing and retaining high performing QA team.
Experience of handling various stakeholders of the project ( Client, Internal Team , Third Party vendor/suppliers associated with) etc
Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution.
Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives.
Empowered to make decisions and recommend approach based on the results from quality reviews.
Certified, ISTQB foundation level will be a Plus.
Work with remote teams in Agile environment.
Strong Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications & environment issues
