About 3-4 years of overall IT experience in testing with exposure in Automation Testing using UFT/Tosca
Good working experience of ALM, MF UFT/Tosca, VB Scripting and rally.
Experience in different Frameworks (Data driven, BPT, Keyword) and expertise in POC
Experience in SAP testing – any module
Experience in Test Data management and Test Planning
Able to troubleshoot automation related technical issues
Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies and agile concepts
Good working knowledge of manual testing and able to switch between manual and automation based on requirements
Experience working in agile projects
Experience to work effectively within a Global team.
Responsibilities/Position Description
Able to understand and translate requirements and functional specifications into detail test cases for all types of testing.
Perform test automation using automation tools such as UFT/ Tosca.
Design, execute and maintain manual/automation test cases/scripts as per the Test Plan laid out in the Strategy.
Design and implement test automation frameworks.
Perform Functional, system integration & regression testing to ensure the application meets the defined specifications.
Determine automation feasibility for functional test cases
Identifies, documents, and ensures resolution of testing issues.
Analyze and provide automation estimates and POC along with ROI
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive action to meet quality standards.
Support Test lead in preparing quality metrics during various stages of Testing
Perform Defect Management
QUALIFICATIONS
BE/B-Tech or equivalent Graduate Degree, preferable in Computer Sciences
3 to 5 Years of IT Testing experience with Automation Testing tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong focus on quality practices
Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
