Writes and comprehends test automation plans, procedures, and best practices
Writes DB queries using MS-SQL Server
Builds, maintains and continually improves test automation framework
Writes, creates and runs both manual and automated test plans and cases
Integrates functional automation into continuous integration environment
Works with C#, Test Complete, Coded UI/Selenium in a VSTS/TFS and Azure DevOps environment
Develops code using object-oriented programming practices and design patterns for automated tests
Document test tools for enhanced productivity, working with junior team members to improve their automation expertise
Gather technical requirements and work within defined timelines
Peer review test code
Competencies:
Extensive experience in developing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using Coded UI
Test definition, document writing, issue tracking
Unit test, Functional test, Regression test, System Integration test
Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visual Studio
Strong development skills in C#, .NET, Java
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases
Strong communication skills and technical writing experience
Familiarity with automation technology such as robotics, PLCs mechanical actuators, and vision systems is a plus
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
