As a point of contact for web experience, the Web QA Tester will establish a set of user acceptance testing (UAT) use cases and perform necessary user acceptance site testing during the development lifecycle. Reporting to the Web Operations Manager, the Web QA Tester will also work with the Digital Product managers to define user acceptance testing standards for the overall digital product prelaunch process. Web QA tester will identify, document and prioritize issues as part of the development lifecycle The Web QA Tester focus on testing to enhance the overall quality of the current and future digital experiences for customers through achieving while maintaining standards and best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) standards plan that encompasses all Neighborly digital properties in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively assess, mitigate, and respond to related needs or issues.
Collaborate with the web operations and digital product teams to accurately define the business impact and prioritize enhancements or defects.
Contribute to refinements in digital UAT workflows to improve quality.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Relevant Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in implementing tools, processes, and procedures to enforce web standards.
Experience testing for and contributing to the remediation of accessibility barriers in web and native mobile applications.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Skilled in project management, highly organized, and detail oriented.
