We are currently seeking a highly motivated Test Management Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and future-proofing our Test Framework, with a focus on test automation. You will also play a key role in supporting the DevOps transition of Regression Testing.
Responsibilities:
• Support transformation of Regression Testing team combining the theory of DevOps methodology with practical considerations
• Monitor and report on the progress of the Regression Testing team transition
• Improve and future-proof our existing Test Framework, integrating in it the transformation of Regression Testing team
• Support planning of Test Automation activities, including capacity planning, effort estimation etc.
• Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in a cloud environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a shift-left strategy to ensure test automation excellence
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues during testing runs to ensure high application availability and performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ Years of Experience in working with Solution Manager, Worksoft Certify, Postman test automation tools would be a plus
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Knowledge on software testing paradigms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to learn and adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments
• Not more than 2.5 Years of Overall Experience.
