Mentor and coach team members on technical skills, testing techniques, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on test design, test automation, and performance optimization techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and performance issues, leveraging deep technical expertise and collaboration with development teams and other stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and insights on testing activities, performance metrics, and data quality issues.
Champion a culture of quality and innovation within the QA organization, driving initiatives to improve testing efficiency, effectiveness, and automation capabilities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives, priorities, and initiatives for the QA organization, and contribute to the overall technology roadmap and vision.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on performance testing, automation testing, API testing, and data quality.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing advanced testing strategies, frameworks, and tools for assessing the quality of unstructured data.
Deep technical knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling), automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium), and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, big data technologies, and unstructured data processing techniques.
Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully influencing technical teams and driving innovation in quality assurance.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Performance Testing Professional) are highly desirable.
