You will:
Be responsible for a senior QA team of test managers
Plan, develop, execute and analyze test cases in customer delivery projects
Report test progress and results to stakeholders.
Review requirements, design documents and test specifications in the project team and with customers.
Collaborate with QA personnel from other product teams to plan and build the needed tests to ensure the integration of all the products
Analyze & Mitigate complex problems/issues arising because of Test failures, identify & resolve bottlenecks such as Test data and Env issues
You will work in close cooperation with our customers to support them in customer early testing and during user acceptance testing.
We expect you to have:
15+ years experience in the QA field
Extensive experience in the QA domain, leading QA projects and managing teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Solid and extensive technical background with basic knowledge in Linux.
Knowledge in agile test approaches and the software development life cycle.
Excellent communication skills together with a strong client service mindset.
A strong inner drive and that you thrive in supporting high-demanding users in a fast-paced environment.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
It would be great if you have:
A background in the Financial industry, especially working with trading, clearing or settlement systems.
Experience from high volume / low latency systems
Experience from integration projects
