Experience as a QA Director or Head of Testing/Head of QA and experience leading large scale teams (roughly 50 members), across teams and across the organisation.
Keen interest in technology and computing.

Ability to take other disciplines on the QA journey and ensure QA is everyone's responsibility (product, delivery, engineering)
Technical:
SQL server knowledge (essential)
Understanding on basic concepts of testing (essential)
Test case management experience (essential)
Development skills – Java or JavaScript, CSS, HTML (basic)
Capable of technical deep-dives into code and architecture (basic)
Strong problem-solving skills (essential)
Project management and issue tracking tool experience: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Xray, TestRail, MS Office package (essential)
ISTQB intermediate qualification (desirable)
