Hands-on experience in Big data data lake testing i.e. must have understanding of big data components (oozie, hive, spark, hdfs commands).
Understanding and working experience for testing data with different file extensions (.avro,.josn, etc.).
Experience in Informatica ETL Testing and Control-M.
SQL experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
Implement effective data quality testing standards, verification procedures and tools.
Perform extensive ETL testing including Data Completeness, Data Transformation & Data Quality for various data feeds coming from the source Knowledge of defect management tool (JIRA Preferred).
Review business & functional requirements and mapping transformations
Exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes and regression testing.
Must have worked with Program Managers, Requirement Analysts, Mappers, Developers, and other testers to resolve issues related to requirements/mapping transformations.
Create test scripts, execute test scripts, and write Test Report Must have good communication skills and analytical skills.
Must be able to meet an aggressive delivery timeline.
Must have good knowledge of Informatica transformations and has experience in debugging in Informatica.
Good knowledge of Unix commands Willing to work till Noon ET shift. Good to have - Understanding in TDD Framework and GCP Data engineer Certification.
