Job Description

Position Overview:
An experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional tester who can join on urgent basis.
Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation specially for Sales, Customer Service and Marketing etc.., with hands-on experience designing and configuring Dynamics CRM in a customer-facing role.
Experience Level: 5-8 yrs

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interact with clients and functional consultants to understand business requirements
2. Analyzing the requirement and writing test scripts, execution of test scripts.
3. Report defects and perform functional, regression and E2E testing.
4. Able to work as an Individual Contributor and Interact is scrum calls to accomplish tasks.

Must have:
1. Candidate must have knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and customizations
2. Candidate must have knowledge in modules of Sales, Marketing, Services, Project Operations, Field Service
3. Candidate must have minimum of 5+ years of implementation projects and worked in more than 5 full life cycle implementation projects across MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
4. Must have experience in analyzing the Functional Design Documents, ability to perform fit-gap analysis, designing test cases/scripts.
5. Must have knowledge in BVT executions, UAT testing and E2E Testing.
6. Must have experience in creation of Test Plan, report defects, and test execution.
7. Must have experience in Power BI, Rest API's using Postman, Data import-export Framework.
8. Must have experience is Security roles testing, Integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, Power BI reports testing, adhoc testing, performance testing, automation testing.
9. Must have knowledge on Azure DevOps, Bug Cycle, defect management tools
10. Should be able to co-ordinate with Dev teams / other scrum teams to accomplishing tasks
11. Must have knowledge on Agile methodologies, SDLC and STLC Life cycles.
12. Should be able to perform date calculations and understand complex functionalities/requirements

Added advantage:
1. Good to have automation skills on Selenium with C# and Easy repro.
2. Good to have Microsoft dynamics CRM certifications.
