Required Skills:
Candidates must be able to write test plans, test scenarios, test cases and do exploratory testing, be process-oriented and above all, do a good job at documenting the work done.
Demonstrate strong grip on understanding business requirements, technical aspects of software testing
Hands-on & experienced with client server-based applications testing using manual and automation tools.
Black Box Testing experience in Applications/Embedded applications technologies.
Experience in Manual Testing with automation and Black Box testing techniques skills
Experience on IBM Testing tools or other similar functional Testing software tools.
Experience on Python scripting languages for Application automations
Experience handling people leader activities collaboration, Coaching and mentoring.
Experience communicating annual goals and targets, setting objectives and sharing feedback.
Preferred Skills:
Strong Leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience in requirements tracing tools like IBM DOORS or any similar requirement tools
Understanding of software standards like DO-178B or CENELEC EN-50128
Knowledge on automation techniques and lean thinking on functional testing and Locomotive message testing with tint of Wire Shark or with similar tools
Knowledge Of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP
Knowledge of train operations or transportation domain
