Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads software testing in agile software development and using collaborative development tools such as Jira.
Leads automation Test team by managing workload, assigning tasks to team, and providing them technical support.
Consistently delivers on work and schedule commitments.
Developing automated test scripts for Web/UI automation using Selenium (BDD).
Developing automated test scripts for Web Services/API automation using Rest Assured Framework.
Developing test automation framework from scratch.
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed.
Automation code review by following coding best practices/standards.
Version control (GIT) for Automation code repositories.
Configuring automated code/job execution through Jenkins.
Analyze test logs; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders.
Develop and execute maintainable and reusable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases.
Working closely with development and/or business teams to communicate impacts and to understand business requirements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience developing automated test scripts for Web/UI automation using Selenium and Web Services automation using Rest Assured Framework..
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Core Java
Experience developing automated testing for Web/UI automation using Selenium(BDD).
Experience developing automated testing for Web Services/API automation using Rest Assured Framework.
Test framework design and automation experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using GIT, Maven, Jenkins
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
