Job Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test plans, create test cases and execution plan
Employ metrics and methodologies to test features on different platforms, such as desktop, tablet, and mobile
Produce well-structured, repeatable feature and regression test scripts for manual and automated testing that support platform quality within the agile framework
Employ best practices to execute and validate product releases against defined feature and regression test scripts. Work to expose anomalies and variations between platform requirements and implementation
Create clearly documented defect reports for anomalies and bugs identified during test execution
Develop SQL queries for back-end database testing.
Employ best practices to continuously improve quality assurance within an agile framework over time
Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Debugs data issues between and within systems
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience working in technology solutions and 3+ years of experience in automation testing
Strong experience in using test management tools such as Azure devOps,Jira etc
Strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium etc
Experience working in an agile and continuous delivery environment
Experience performing feature testing on multiple applications and platforms
Experience in writing, executing, and testing SQL queries
Understanding and exposure to mobile
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
QA experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365
QA experience with mobile platforms to be used by users in the field
Ability to work with cross functional business stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with high initiative.
Must be able to seek out information in order to effectively complete assignments.
