OPPORTUNITIES
Participate in Scrum calls, Scrum Retrospection (e.g., development, testing, automation, workarounds, or changes in processes).
Ensure any deliverables are tested properly with right quality.
Analyze client business requirements, liaise with client(s)/project team(s) and produce Test Plan document for addressing the requirements.
Be involved actively in the process till the development promotes in UTP.
Participate in Solution design with development to ensure the requirements are covered in Test Plan.
Ensure Requirement Traceability Matrix is updated to facilitate tracking of requirements coverage.
Act in a one engineering model; configuring and managing workshops and, where appropriate, acting in a product owner capacity.
Lead and give guidance to help key stakeholders understand the impacts of changes through extensive and coordinated discovery analysis.
Derive and define high level Test Plans, map out appropriate epics and user stories to support delivery whilst applying a customer focused approach to the process.
Support creation of test planning and scripts, whilst also owning User Acceptance Testing as and when deliveries occur.
Follow the software development lifecycle from inception throughout design, engineering, testing and deployment.
Manage prioritization pro-actively, providing the best go to market solution in a timely fashion.
Identify new opportunities to acquire, retain or grow the business based on trends found through market analysis and strong awareness of new features and capabilities within the field.
Own and participate in client engagements as and when applicable.
Contribute to the Product Roadmap by keeping track of market trends, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, etc
SKILLS
5+ years of exp on Core banking Testing with hands-on experience in Retail/Asset Finance Domain. AA knowledge is an added advantage.
Understand and analyze Business requirements and enable preparation of functional High level Use case.
Validate UAT/SIT test cases based on FSD and requirement traceability matrix and writing of end user test cases and test run execution.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with others and external parties.
Ability to present confidently at a senior level.
Extremely organised with strong time-management skills.
Strong documentation and analysis skills are essential.
Should be able to work as part of Agile process delivery or other SDLC Models, Knowledge of Test management tools & quality assurance practices and related tools are required.
Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial application.
Knowledge in T24 AA product will be an added advantage.
Review test requirements to create realistic test estimates and manage test cycles.
Hands-on with API testing and Experience with Selenium or any other UI automation test tools.
