Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day work has a direct impact on customers across the Globe.
Ensure optimum test coverage by working closely with client and internal project teams.
Analyzing the requirements and write test cases.
Coordinate with various internal and external stake holders.
Independently handle customer demos and customer calls.
End to End ownership and responsibility of the Projects from QA point of view.
QA status reporting.
Resource handling, resource optimization, task allocation, conflict resolution
Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience shipping large software products and/or services as a tester.
Excellent hand on testing and analytical skills to break software under test.
Ability to write and review test strategy, test plans, test cases, defect reports, traceability metrics for SaaS/PaaS implementations.
Skills in defect logging, defect categorization, defect prioritization, bug analysis, triage, and retrospection.
Leading test teams and ensuring optimum testing coverage for release/delivery.
Experience in test governance, measurements, metrics, and test reporting
Define and implement software testing and quality processes as well as testing best practices.
Prior experience in test automation is added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Worked with tools required for QA processes like TFS etc.
Fast learner and should have handled Business Analysis and Functional activities/ Configuration activities for products.
