About the Position:
Lead Performance Test Engineers at Solifi are responsible for technical leadership of non-functional test activity. They need to test the speed, response time, stability, reliability, scalability and resource usage of our software applications.

Role and Responsibilities:
This is what our Performance Testers working day may look like :
• Learning, testing and understanding a wide range of Solifi Products.
• Generating, executing and maintaining JMeter Tests.
• Working with various project/product/client teams to gather and refine NF requirements.
• Converting the NFRs to JMeter scripts to mimic production activity.
• Analyzing performane test outcomes and working with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Generating comprehensive client presentable reports.
• Working closely with internal project/product teams and external clients to deliver acceptable application performance.
• Building good working relationships with customers/product teams.
• Work with technical and management teams to innovate and implement new processes/procedures for SaaS transition.
• Mentor other resources in the team and drive efficiency in work output.

About You    
At least 9 years of performance testing experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and internal / client stakeholders (written and verbal).
Knowledge in JMeter 5 and using 3rd party plugins to extend JMeter functionality desirable (from jmeterplugins.org).
Strong understanding of Web applications and Web services (REST and SOAP).
Knowledge of Java, Java Virtual Machine, BeanShell, Groovy, JSON, AJAX, RichFaces, AngularJS, JavaScript, AppDynamics APM, JConsole, JVisualVM, IBM Heap Analyser, Eclipse Memory Analyser, LoadRunner, AWS CloudWatch, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgress would be desirable.
Knowledge about AWS cloud hosted applications.
Hands on performance testing framework using CI/CD pipeline. E.g. Gitlab, Jenkins.
Excellent knowledge of SQL for interrogating databases.
Able to be flexible with respect to working hours according to operational requirements.

Preferred Experience Level: More than 9 years
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
