BTech or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
8+ years of industry experience as a SDET/SET/QA Automation Engineer Passionate about Quality Standards
Should have mentored and led a team of 4-10 Automation QA Engineers
Responsible for leading a Automation QA skilled, cross functional team following agile principles for software development in enhancing platform and product features for best in class quality, scalability and high performance deliveries
Must have at least 2+years of Manual testing lead experience
Experienced Test Engineer with a strong hands-on in creating Test Plans, Strategy,Test design, Test cases, with extensive experience in Manual, System and Functional Testing
Having strong Integration testing experience
Should be able to handle multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Experience working with QA Best Practices in relation to Agile methodologies, tools and processes
Knowledge of testing varioues Web/CRM/Mobile applications
Having experience in any test management tool (preferably Azure DevOps)
Self-motivated with the ability to drive features to delivery.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and people skills.
Good to Mobile automation experience.
