Execute/analyze automated regression scripts and file product defects for failures
Enhance and fix automation scripts on need basis
Build in-depth knowledge of product features and develop ability to root-cause issues
Execution of automated procedures and reporting test results.
Ensuring software meets standards and functional requirements to deliver quality product to customer
Improve the reliability of automated regression testing.
Minimum Qualifications:
8-10 years of relevant experience with BE / B. Tech or similar Degree
Good Regression Triaging Experience
Good Automation experience in Python/TCL
Experience with traffic generators such as Ixia, Spirent.
Experience with some of networking protocols and technologies: L2VPN, L3VPN, MPLS, BGP, Docker, NetConf, ISIS, TCP/TP protocols, OSI model and OSPF
Experience in fixing and enhancement of production automation scripts.
Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment
Good documentation skills
Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree, further education or experience in engineering, computer science or another technical related field.
Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
Experience over Agile Methodologies
Experience on D-NFVi, Containers, Virtual Network functions is plus.
