5+ years of experience in Functional and System Testing of Embedded Software
Hands-on experience in test & topology planning, requirement-to-testcase mapping, test case writing, defect logging and tracking, along with excellent debugging skills
Good knowledge of various test methodologies & test types and an overall understanding of product life-cycles
L2 networking knowledge (L2 addressing, MAC learning, VLAN, Spanning Tree)
L3 networking knowledge (ARP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, Static Routing, IGMP, Dynamic Routing - RIP, OSPF)
L4-L7 networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/UDP)
Enterprise Campus Networking technologies including ISIS, BGP, EVPN, SPBM and VXLAN will be an added advantage
Nice to have
Basic programming skills in any scripting language or Python to Automate test cases
