We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Lead to join our Quality Engineering team. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives, leading a team, and collaborating with clients and vendors to ensure the success of multiple customer projects.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead and manage a team of at least 6-8 QA professionals.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple customer projects, collaborating closely with clients and vendors.
• Product Building and Implementation:
• Take charge of product building and contribute to multiple client implementations.
• Collaborate with other QA leads to ensure a unified and efficient QA process.
• Test Automation:
• Develop and maintain automated scripts for specific modules.
• Design, develop, and support automation frameworks for test infrastructure.
• Client Communication:
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and vendors to understand project requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the QA team and clients during project implementations.
• UI and API Testing:
• Demonstrate expertise in UI and API testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify and test functional 'edge cases' outside of expected functionality workflow.
• Performance Testing:
• Utilize hands-on experience with performance testing to enhance the overall software quality.
• Make proactive contributions to continuous improvement in quality processes.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Be meticulous about documentation, maintaining a robust log of all test cases and results.
• Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in a Product or QA role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
• Strong skills in UI and API testing, SQL, Excel, and PPT.
• Automation experience with the ability to build and maintain frameworks.
• Experience in AGILE and DevOps methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, particularly in agile development environments.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of the healthcare domain.
• Exposure to DevOps CI-CD processes.
• Data Testing Automation experience.
• Security Penetration Testing skills.
