Job Description

Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing processes and best practices.

Testing Strategy:
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Define and implement a robust testing strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Manual and Automated Testing:
Oversee the execution of manual testing for mobile and web applications.
Drive the implementation and enhancement of automation testing frameworks.

Mobile and Web Applications:
Lead testing team for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.
Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

Test Automation Tools:
Evaluate, select, and implement test automation tools and frameworks.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance the automation process.

Defect Management:
Collaborate with development teams to identify, prioritize, and track defects.
Implement effective defect management processes to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Lead with a minimum of 15 years in manual and automation testing.
Expertise in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications.
Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
