As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Contributing & driving the overall verification strategy for the product/solution under development by working with the Test architect/Lead
Driving Test Automation using Selenium, Java, Maven, GIT, page object model framework, data driven framework & API testing.
Working with the product owner and software developers continuously to align the test execution strategy and plan
Writing functional and automated tests – where applicable and test harnesses application and services under test
Leading manual verification execution, automation development and execution
Driving NFR testing, including performance and cyber security.
Reviewing verification results looking for compliance to our quality management system
To be successful in this role you will:
Be a graduate in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering Technology, or related field with 10 years of professional experience.
Have experience in architecting and designing test framework from scratch.
Have Proven ability to develop timely and effective solutions for testing and debugging complex design problems.
Have understanding of system design concepts and subsystem interactions and interfaces
Have understanding of different levels testing and behavioral driven design testing techniques
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
