As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Analysing requirements, specifications and technical design documents and provide estimates.
Creating test plans ,strategies & test cases to attain 100% test coverage & developing & executing automation scripts.
Working with development team to define acceptance criteria and test cases.
Developing automated test sequences using test automation tools and scripting languages.
Executing manual and automated test cases.
Analyzing carefully and document test results.
Providing feedback on usability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned stakeholders.
Assisting in troubleshooting system problems.
Driving standardized testing processes and continuously improve with the team.
Working in close collaboration with engineers of other disciplines and product development teams located worldwide.
Writing codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
Managing & guiding a team of QAs.
To be successful in this role you will:
Be a graduate in Computer Science or Engineering, with a minimum 13 yrs of professional experience in Automation testing or Manual Testing or Both
Have good knowledge of SW QA methodologies, tools & processes & experience writing comprehensive test plans & cases.
Be an expert in API Testing (REST/SOAP web service testing), BDD (preferably cucumber), core Java & selenium
Good to have hands-on experience in any of the tools- JIRA/Azure DevOps / Jenkins
Experience in managing / mentoring a team of QAs.
