Create QA road-map, including goals, objectives, and project plans.
Perform and lead/mentor a team of manual and automated testers to develop and maintain software quality assurance (QA) test plans, test cases and process documentation for software product.
Interface with key stakeholders to understand requirements and testing scope.
Identify opportunities to drive automation and process improvement across the test ecosystem.
Establish test strategy for manual and automated test suites.
Execute security, Load/Performance testing for SaaS product.
Plan test activities for Product Support and QA.
Who’ll be a good fit:
Proven work experience in software quality assurance, QA Lead experience with 6-10 years in product testing
Strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment
Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in automation with selenium(C# will be an added advantage)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in cloud testing (Azure) and SaaS products.
Ability to take ownership of features and deliver quality code
Experience working with medium to large engineering teams.
Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
