As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Driving autonomously quality into the development process, through analysis and feedback of testing results, working directly with the design and development team
Creating/executing test cases for maximum test coverage & developing/executing maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression testing using UFT framework
Demonstrating the ability to understand, debug, contribute to exiting code base & formulate continuous improvement solutions
Applying principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile and knowledge of integrating tests in CI/CD setup
Providing mentorship to team members and proficient in effort estimation, quality engineering, test planning, and entire software testing life cycle
Formulating best practices, coding standards, refactoring and testing techniques
To be successful in this role you will:
Have an Engineering Degree from an accredited university with minimum 5-6 years of working experience.
Have predominant experience in test automation tools and programming languages preferably UFT for Windows Application using VB scripting
Have experience in agile project management systems such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps or similar ones
Have experience working with the SVN, Azure cloud platform, Virtual Machines, SQL Server and MDB Database
Have the zeal to explore alternate technologies and approaches to solving problems
