Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams as well as the Compliance with all control processes and standards
Coach for now code / low code test automation engineers
Reports to Senior Manager, Retail Solutions / CPQ
Software Tester and Test Automation Engineers of this Product Team report to the Lead Software Test Engineer
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT, equivalent education
7+ years of professional experience in QA
In-depth experience in ISTQB
Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
Experience in the development of test cases, - plans and -reports
Experience in Test Automation (low code / no code solutions)
Who You Are:
Provide Recommendations for approval of deployments in a productive environment via the AGCO Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Main quality assurance responsibility for all CPQ solutions within the IT Platform domain
Authority to issue directives for direct employees
Self-Confidence and good communication skills
Very good English language skills
