Experience: 5-7 years

Skills and Experience needed

· Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field 

· 5+ years of experience in Software Testing

· 2yrs of experience as a Team Lead

· Experience in Automation and Manual Testing

· Experience in Healthcare domain – Health care insurance would be a plus.

· Good programming and debugging experience in testing

· Good experience in Python/Java with Selenium Automation tool

· Experience with Test Automation using Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development

· Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies

· Ability to probe and to bring in clarity of requirements

· Ability to explore various technology/approaches with pros and con

· Plan time and resources needed to complete the testing, manage what the testing team is doing, carry out manual and automated tests within deadlines.

· Oversee the quality of software products and system, and manage software test teams. 

· Responsible for managing a team of testers, coordinating test activities, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

· Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts

· Communication skills: excellent oral and written skills

· Good analytical skills, creative, self-motivated and team player

· Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work in a global team setting with minimal supervision

· Innovative mind set, Result oriented

· Possess High quality standards
