Contribute to strategic test automation initiatives to evolve testing automation practices and tools. Provide people and technical leadership while remaining hands-on in the delivery of projects. Oversee large scale / multiple projects from inception to delivery. Applies the CBA quality standards to test assets.
Responsible to deliver overall automation framework designs - API , UI and stubbing solutions to ensure effective automation scenarios are built and maintained.
Contribute to the strategic engineering goals across teams to promote the use of industry best patterns and practices.
Provide estimates and actively seek funding to ensure the advancement of both automation practice and tooling.
Responsible for developing a continuous improvement mindset in team and project interactions.
Supports and mentors other Test engineers to ensure career progression.
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that test outcomes are achieved in the most efficient way.
Apply a risk management approach to achieve consistency and compliance to CBA testing standards.
When required, work with teams to execute test automation to ensure committed delivery timeframes are met.

To achieve the above, you would have been working in the QA domain for at least 5 years.
You have 8-10 or more years of experience in quality assurance for end-to-end product in Murex
Experience coaching others on quality assurance and testing
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
You are able to allocate time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities
You have strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience
Some experience in SQL Database is preferred
