You will report to Manager Testing to contribute toward development of the Ascendon product delivery group.
You'll coordinate testing activities, including Solution Integration and End-to-End testing.
Update and maintain test strategy documents in collaboration with Test Engineers.
Facilitate Defect Triage meetings with stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive test summary reports with input from the Delivery Team.
Conduct thorough research to provide valuable feedback on product functionality.
Contribute insights to system architecture reviews.
Ensure thorough completion of user story, feature, and regression tests.
Develop and present the Test Strategy to stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Identify and address data requirements for effective testing.
Develop and maintain both automated and manual test suites.
Execute rigorous testing protocols, including automated and manual tests.
Maintain a focus on ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Lead resolution efforts for issues across applications and systems.
Conduct detailed root cause analysis on defects and implement improvement strategies.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Continuously expand knowledge of new products and applications.
Deliver comprehensive training and documentation as needed.
You should have
Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English in a business environment
Over 10 years of experience and Leadership proficiency in managing geographically dispersed testing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration with product development teams.
Orchestrating testing activities effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing integration within cloud environments.
Extensive professional background in software testing, encompassing comprehensive research, design, methodologies, implementation, and documentation.
Demonstrated capability in leading and influencing key stakeholders, including clientele, while aligning testing objectives.
Facilitating high-level testing discussions with precision, incorporating DevOps principles and cloud-based technologies.
Expertise in crafting, implementing, and managing Test Automation Solutions, tailored for cloud-based deployments and DevOps workflows.
Developing comprehensive test plans and establishing optimal test environments within cloud infrastructure.
Methodically organizing and executing test plan initiatives, integrating seamlessly with DevOps practices and cloud deployment strategies.
Technical adeptness in diverse testing methodologies, particularly within Agile/DevOps frameworks, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
