Minimum 12-15 years' experience in software quality assurance
Experience in airline operations and crew management.
Experience in managing customer deliverables and team size of 15
Has participated in test plan, defect validation and productivity metrics development.
Estimate and manage the time/resource/finance costs for the technical delivery of the project
Handle people management activities to organization expectation.
Coordinate with customer and team located in different locations
Experience in Agile testing, UAT/SIT support at customer site/customer interactions will be an added advantage.
Experience in using selenium Test Automation tool
Validate the non-functional requirement (NFR) created against NFRs required for a typical airline operations system
