Responsibilities
Solid experience in Automation / Performance testing
Expertise in Mobile automation using Appium, Web automation using Selenium Webdriver and Rest API Automation
Expertise in API testing with tools like Postman or Swagger or SoapUI
Good knowledge on Maven, TestNG and Cucumber framework
Expertise in GIT and Jenkins
Expertise in DB
Good knowledge and hands on cloud technologies and good exposure to dev-ops activities
Generating the right kind of test data and infrastructure to run automation suites and performance test
Responsible for maintaining, improving, and implementing the QA automation framework.
Develop automation scripts to support regression testing based on technical analysis, complexity, and reusability
Keep abreast of the latest developments in automation, data profiling, and validation. Also stay informed about technology developments for performance monitoring, load testing, and other related performance monitoring technologies in order to deliver quality solutions.
Create automated functional, performance, and stress tests.
Build applications and utilities to minimize or eliminate inefficiencies in the testing process
Extend Product-specific libraries and Test Automation Framework to support the rapid development of test case-specific automation
Research and recommend automation tools to optimize different types of testing
Participate in an Agile scrum team, perform peer reviews, and mentor team members.
