Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Looking across a suite of banking products and creating a full solution test with an emphasis on ensuring the customer experience across the suite is positive and of high quality.
Creating and driving a test plan, test strategy, test results archiving, and reporting clear status to leadership.
Contributing to and helping lead testing architecture, design, development, and associated processes with the team.
Constantly evolving our solution testing strategy as new products and capabilities are added into the suite.
Working with team members of varied experience and skill sets across multiple time zones and locations.
Assisting in recruiting and hiring decisions as the team grows.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years’ experience in the quality domain, combination of product and solution integration testing
Experience in a wide variety of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, interface, component, resilience, HA, and security testing.
Experience testing up and down an entire vertical from simple component/API testing, to product-level testing, system integration testing, and full end-to-end solution testing.
Experience with test repository software suites (such as QC, Zephyr, etc.) and its usage for reporting
Experience with banking/financial software is strongly preferred
Experience working with teams using Agile methodologies
Strong negotiation, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills
High maturity of diplomacy and ability to see and rationalize multiple points of view
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
Maintaining and staying abreast of current technologies and trends
Preferred Qualifications:
Background working on highly-available, high-transaction volume, fault-tolerant systems
Experience being part of customer-led user acceptance testing
Experience working with ATM hardware and software
