QA) is responsible for testing comprehensively the Salesforce application created by the developers under the direction of the Architect and QA manager
He / She would be responsible for creating the manual test case, Executing test case and reporting Defect.
He/She will be conceptualizing, designing, documenting and implementing manual regression tests across all taskforce
Create end-to-end testing of functionality
Developing Manual and executing the test cases
Execute test plans and manage all testing activities, including manual and automated tests, to ensure end-to-end coverage
Ensure solutions are tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems
Identify test requirements from specifications and design test coverage plan
Identify regression and smoke Functional scenario
Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report test results
Run smoke , regression and multi browser test
Ensure that validated deliverable meet functional and design specifications and requirements
Liaison with development, product management, and customer support
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
Validate and prioritize reported customer issues
Collect information and communicate status as needed to original reporter
Ensure tickets are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
Ensure quality and consistency.
Build and execute integration and performance test plans.
Analyze and understand the origin of a malfunction, incident or bug.
