Should be able to handle the End-End QA deliverables including Planning, Execution & Closure.
Experience with Windows and Mac Operating Systems including basic trouble shooting skills with OS specific.
Extensive Experience in Agile Environment/SCRUM Process.
Knowledge on Unified Audio/Video Conferencing solutions.
Basic Knowledge of Audio/Video domain.
Working knowledge on Video Conferencing applications like Zoom, S4B, Skype & Teams etc.
Basic understanding of Audio/Video codecs, SIP, H.323
Strong Exposure to All Phases of SDLC & STLC.
Experience in Functional, System & Integration testing.
Review computer logs and reports to identify program processing errors and possible improvements.
Preferred certification in ISTQB.
Good to have experience in any Automation tool along with basics of Python.
Degree in BE/MCA with Excellent grades from reputed colleges
Collaboration with Cross functional teams in different time zones.
Good Communication Skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to work in team-oriented environment with minimal supervision & multi-task.
