We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Manual Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Manual QA, your pivotal role involves enhancing the usability and functionality of websites and applications, contributing significantly to overall quality assurance efforts.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development and design teams to comprehend project requirements and objectives
Perform manual testing on websites across various browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure compatibility and responsiveness
Verify the proper functionality of website features, including forms, navigation menus, multimedia elements, and interactive components
Conduct testing of WordPress web maintenance websites, ensuring that updates and changes are implemented without compromising the website’s integrity and functionality
Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and usability issues using project management or bug tracking tools
Work closely with developers to investigate and replicate reported issues, providing clear and concise steps for replication
Contribute to the creation of comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data to cover all website functionalities
Team up with the QA team to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Participate in team meetings and discussions to offer insights into improving the overall quality assurance process
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and quality assurance
Desired Skills:
Proven 2 year of experience as a manual QA or with the QA or similar role
Must have experience with WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce website testing, ensuring the seamless functionality and compatibility of e-commerce platforms
Proven experience in design testing for websites with a keen focus on achieving pixel-perfect accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously review and analyze websites for bugs and errors
Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
Familiarity with testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues
Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Experience with bug tracking or project management tools is a plus
