Need a 5+ years good functional tester with tools experience like JIRA, ALM and Agile methodology.
Candidate will form part of a self-organizing, cross-functional Scrum team delivering valuable software in weekly iterations.
He/She will use a variety of agile engineering practices such as TDD, Refactoring, User Stories, Continuous Integration and Pair-Programming to deliver high quality software at a rapid pace.
We work closely with business Product Owners to understand their goals and to help shape solutions.
Through weekly retrospectives and contributing to the on-going refinement to our Scrum way of working he/she will help us to continue to improve as a team and deliver more business value, faster.
Mandatory
Strong QA testing experience
Test Estimation, Design , review and executions of manual test cases
Working in AGILE/SCRUM
Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
HP/Micro focus ALM
Handling and managing team size of 3+ testers
Very strong communication skills
Should have experience on representing the test plan, risks and status of testing project with internal or external clients
