A senior level manual tester as Module Lead to work on manual testing for one of our Australian Clients in health domain.
The Individual should be well experienced in testing skill sets, Proficient in Agile/scrum and waterfall methodology, Manual Web application testing.
Hands on experience in TFS, SharePoint.
Thorough in testing concepts & terminologies with excellent communication skills.
This person would be working with Application SMEs, IT and Business SMEs of the Australian Client.
Technical Skills:
Expert in TFS. Knowledge in Quality center, Jira, RTM, test artefacts
Should have the knowledge to guide the team to write the test cases
Healthcare domain expertise would be preferable
Process Skills:
Experience in developing high quality test strategies and test execution
Experience in validating UI and sharp eye on details
Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
Capable of analyzing requirements and software as per project defined software process
Develop and peer review of Test deliverables (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews), excellent WPR capabilities
Hands-on experience in Requirement analysis, Estimations, Test approach/ Test planning, QA metrics, Detail Test design, Test execution and Test reporting
Ability to create test plans, test cases, test data, Test summary report and follow software testing strategy set up by client
Liaise with teams to help plan and coordinate activities like involvement of cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, UAT users, business, environment manager till Go Live
Own responsibility for end-to-end product quality including: defect management and oversight, Bug scrub meetings with support teams & vendor and escalation for issues discovered during the testing.
Effective follow-up of defects till closure.
Liaising with subject matter experts and managers to clarify technical issues
Develop business and application knowledge over time and share such knowledge to mentor new test team members
Experience working in Agile environment
