As part of our System Testing group, you’ll be responsible for developing automated framework, automated test scripts. You will work largely with a team on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments. This role will see you work closely with other System Test teams, Product Development and Product Test teams; You will collaborate with the teams for overall success of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists test management to ensure the delivery of testing activities throughout the duration of the project until release.
Work with the Test Team, Stakeholders, and the Scrum Team to understand, Scope, Plan, develop and maintain test automation framework, Script Development for functional, non-fuantional test needs, Script execution, CI/CD pipeline execution.
Has hands-on involvement in test activities on number of different projects.
Design and build scalable Test Automation Frameworks and test suites working across technologies.
Expertise working with cloud testing preferably AWS and should be well versed with API level test automation.
Identify issues and analyze the result and recommend possible solution.
Ability to replicate customer solution on test environment.
Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members including sprint planning and estimating; backlog refinement; daily Scrum meetings; sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.
Desired Experience:
B.E/B.Tech /M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science discipline from an accredit university or college with professional experience of 7+ years in software test automation
Minimum 3 years’ experience with at least one Cloud Platform, architecture in AWS/Azure.
Experience in using Selenium, C# and ability to define framework, develop scripts and libraries.
Knowledge of automated API testing framework & Demonstrable experience in Automation testing role in a cloud product.
Well versed with Continuous Integration and DevOps process establishment.
Had hands-on experience on Azure DevOps and related tools.
Should possess knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Demonstrable experience of testing a complex software product where product domain knowledge is an important consideration.
Experience on HTML/CSS, XML, JSON.
Automation Experience and Knowledge of popular scripting languages (Python, Java Script, Shell...) will be advantage.
Testing experience should include the different phases of testing.
Ability to work with multiple concurrent projects and adapt to project changes.
A good knowledge of the development lifecycle and the role of testing within it.
