Your role:
Designs, develops, evaluates, and conducts cost-effective, agile methods of testing new or adjusted software components and systems with an end-to-end, outside-in view representing the customers’ perspective. Tests functional and non-functional requirements both manual and/or automated.
You're the right fit if:
5+ years of experience with designing and implementing test plans and test cases
4+ years of experience with testing frameworks, such as Appium or similar
Experience of automation testing Web and Backend interfaces a plus
Experience with programming and/or scripting languages - Python or Java, Javascript
Identifying, documenting and investigating defects
Preparing validation and verification plans
Ensuring the team has adequate tests, based on the plans
Ensuring the recording and reporting of test results
Assessing software functionality and usability
Determining risk analysis and validation requirements
Developing, implementing and monitoring validation metrics.
Supporting validation program, change management and revalidation requirements
Ensuring that team keeps validation and testing metrics including key performance indicators
Training users on new component versions
Ensuring the development and maintenance of regression test suites
Ensuring the team has a well understood “definition of done” for the sprint backlog
Partnering with Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement within the Agile team
Fostering a collaborative team environment
