Position Overview:

We are seeking an Mobile Test Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to development of cutting-edge mobile applications and iOS enthusiast with a knack for ensuring the highest quality of mobile applications through automated testing.Experience with automated testing in the Android ecosystem using Espresso and KIF (Keep It Functional) framework and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences and help us build exceptional applications for our users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Espresso framework for Android applications.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using KIF framework for iOS applications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance testing strategies.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Identify and document test cases, create test plans, and execute test scenarios to validate app functionality and performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within the application and test suite, and work with the development team to resolve them.

Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices for test automation are followed.

Continuously research and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Diagnose, report, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.

Must Have Skills:

8+ years total experience with at least 4-5 yrs of automation experience involved in design and development of Test Automation scripts using Espresso and KIF (Keep It Functional) iOS integration test framework.

Hands-on programming and scripting experience on one or more of the following : Python,Java,NodeJS.

Knowledge in Creating test cases and executing.

Good Knowledge on security, performance, and load testing.

Good to Have Skills:

Hands on with any IDE e.g. VSCode.

Good understanding of Agile methodology.

Exposure to CI/CD/DevOps practices would be an added advantage.

Qualification:

BE/B.Tech or Equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
