Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the business stakeholders to identify testing scope.
• Study and clarify testing requirements to QA engineers.
• Understand Business flows of automation identified candidates.
• Contribute to analysis, reporting, and defining quality metrics.
• Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and features to be tested.
• Design test cases and sets of test cases to cover test conditions for iOS and Android Mobile applications.
• Identify necessary test data to support test conditions and test cases.
• Develop test procedures and other quality documentation: test plans, test cases, and status reports.
• Schedule and execute manual progression and regression tests for iOS and Android Mobile applications.
• Review application defect log with application subject matter expert (SME).
• Analyse actual results against the expected ones.
• Provide hands on experience in testing web services, API, micro services and API architectures.
• Provide an API testing tool skillset using Postman and Postman Collections.

Skills
Must have
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related major.
• 5+ years of testing experience, within mobile application and/or backend service application.
• Experience in testing retail banking applications preferably Internal Banking and Mobile Banking.
• Holistic knowledge about iOS/Android/Flutter fundamental.
• Experience in Testing using Mobile Device Labs e.g., Sauce Labs.
• Should be able to take full responsibility of E-E testing activities.
• Strong experience in testing XML SOAP, RESTful web APIs.
• Good knowledge of Testing Life cycle processes
• Influence Analysts and Engineers to have a testing mindset by contributing to and / or supporting analysis and design activities.
• Experiences in Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence.
• Good communication and Presentation skills.
• Excellent problems solving skills, cross-functional coordinator with global teams.
• Experience working in Agile teams

Nice to have
• Experience in software Test automation tools
• Experience in developing Mobile Automation Frameworks using Web Driver IO and Sauce Labs
• Strong Knowledge and test automation experience using Java Scripts and Appium.
