Job Skills/Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science, a related engineering field or its equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in software QA.
• 2-3 years of experience in Automation Testing (scripting, benchmarking, and analysis).
• Must have experience using LoadRunner/StormRunner and JMeter.
• Proficient with automating APIs (Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Karate, RESTAssured, etc.).
• Proficient with JSON, XML and XPATH.
• Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Groovy, etc.)
• Proficient with SQL (inserts, updates, Joins and etc.).
• Skilled with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo).
• Understanding of Agile software development and implementation methodologies (SAFe is nice-to-have).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Working within the Automation testing team consisting of global team members of Quality Assurance Organization.
• Design and mentor those in creating best-in-class performance testing approaches and plans for enterprise-wideprojects.
• Assist project members with infrastructure and application automation.
• Evaluate overall system execution during end-to-end Automation testing.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and report on automated test execution results including, regression breaks, test design issues, and/or performance issues.
• Work tightly with software development, architecture and system engineering for application analysis initiatives to define success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
• Keep team, management, and project leaders informed of key concerns and issues, along with recommended solutions.
• Work closely with the test management team to establish Automation testing criteria.
• Provide quality, process and technical leadership within the Automation Management team.
• Provide insight into performance bottlenecks leveraging a variety of skills and tool sets on multiple platforms.
• Establish a strong presence as a change agent providing innovative, effective, and efficient Performance Management practices and solutions.
