Roles & Responsibilities:
• Experience in writing scripts in Load Runner
• Experience in running the tests from HP Controller and Performance Center
• Experience in performing End to End performance testing and analysis
• Experience in all phases of Performance testing Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Monitoring.
• Experience in performance test automation
• Experience in cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of different Application Servers, Portal Technology and SOAP, REST services.
• Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, Linux/Unix.
• Experience in Agile tools like Confluence / JIRA and Jenkins
• Must have resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
• Should be hard working and ready to put extra efforts as per project need
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC practices and procedures
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and projects
• Ability to work along with team distributed across locations
• Strong sense of ownership for assigned projects
• Able to articulate well on solution(s)
• Able to work as a Team Lead
Requirements
• 5 to 10 years of experience in performance testing
• Good to have experience in leading a team
• Good experience of working with load runner tool
• Strong knowledge on performance Scripting
• Strong knowledge on automation of performance testing
• Strong knowledge on GC, thread and Heap analysis
• Strong knowledge on Java/Java script programming
• Strong knowledge on SQL
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test scenarios.
• Experience in Agile tools like Confluence / JIRA
• Experience with Quality assurance processes and tools including HP ALM
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• BS or BE degree preferred
• Banking experience is preferred
