8-12 years of demonstrable Performance testing Experience in Windows and Web based applications.
Should have Extensive experience with Load Runner and JMeter
Solid experience in Developing, debugging performance scripts using LR and Jmeter
Solid experience in Application Performance Monitoring (Perfmon, Dynatrace, NewRelic, AppDynamics), and profiling tools (JProfiler) and concepts like memory management and thread dump analysis.
Must have Extensive experience in HTTP/HTML, .Net Protocols
Good understanding of performance engineering and tuning techniques – Garbage Collection and Thread Dumps, Hot methods, and Objects.
Must have experience in .Net based applications testing
Must have Retail domain experience
Understanding and implementing Performance testing framework using multiple tools and technologies.
Experience implementation of monitoring solutions for Production and UAT environments.
Experience in Dashboards and Test Metrics
Able to handle a team of 3-6 resources
Good understanding of agile practices and processes.
Co-ordinating with Onsite counterparts and Offsite Management
Implement best practices and tools for testing and test Performance, Conducting Code reviews and providing training and technical assistance to the team
Identify and troubleshoot problems related to scripts, framework components, application changes, etc., and repair issues
Prior experience of working with globally distributed teams
Expertise in preparing the Test strategy, Test Plan, Test scripts and Test data setup
Ensure proper tracking, oversight, and communication of QA efforts on each project
Integration of automation testing to the CI/CD process
Experience in Web service testing using SOAP UI.
